Brand is the image of the product in the market. Some people distinguish the psychological aspect of a brand from the experiential aspect. The experiential aspect consists of the sum of all points of contact with the brand and is known as the brand experience. The psychological aspect, sometimes referred to as the brand image, is a symbolic construct created within the minds of people and consists of all the information and expectations associated with a product or service. We love the idea… and creating intelligent, relevant and enjoyable communications literature that is delivered via a number of traditional and non traditional ways. But we do more than create just content; we create consumer touchpoints that help businesses reach their customers, utilising innovation, ideas and design. We are an educated, experienced and skilled team of professionals. Our creatives have graduated from recognised universities/institutes and have worked and travelled extensively overseas, working with a number of high profile advertising and corporate design agencies. Our associates are also hot on ideas and delivery methods — just tell us what you want to achieve and we’ll look for a creative solution to deliver it. Simple!
CypherDigital is our sister company with a full offering in digital and web environments. A new entity that approaches the web from a bottom line point of view; no bullshit, straight to the point and without the frilly web or technical speak! Clean, sharp and ideas driven.
Together, we help our clients successfully launch new products, evolve established brands, create new ones or simply create more engaging brand experiences.

We know quite well the value of Design to business, and Design Thinking to problem solving. But what remains a bit fuzzy for many organizations is the distance between thinking and doing—the proverbial gap between strategic intent and execution. Or, how to make it happen. This year’s design thinking conference will focus on closing the gap—and moving from design thinking to design doing. We will explore key methods, strategies and successful techniques to embed design thinking in the corporate culture, drive change in behaviors, and integrate the customer experience to help organizations achieve new growth. This will be supported by a blend of proven methods and case studies, and by a blend of consultant teams, in-house leaders and forward thinking educators. All with one result in mind: Make it happen.

Great site for keeping up to date with what’s cool in design.
Roaming Australia and the Globe, so you’re in the know!

This year’s DMI annual conference will look directly into the five major macro shifts (M5) we are facing, and how Design, with a capital D, can help in new value creation (nV). Hence the theme, M5+D=nV. Challenging indeed! The content will be inspired by three leading trend setters—Chris Hacker, Chief Design Officer, Johnson & Johnson; Bruce Nussbaum, professor of innovation at Parsons; and David Butler, head of design for Coca-Cola. Together, they will lead a creative, interactive event with a new and cogent point of view on today’s most important shifts and pressing issues.
